The New York City Police Foundation hosted its Annual Gala on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at the Intrepid Museum. We proudly congratulate honoree Andreas C. Dracopoulos, Co-President of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), whose extraordinary partnership over the years has helped strengthen and safeguard communities across New York City and around the world.
The evening’s program also recognized outstanding members of the NYPD, including recipients of the Hemmerdinger Awards for Excellence and the Winter Family Cop of the Year Award, for their exemplary service and courage in the line of duty.
The Police Foundation’s Gala is a special opportunity to honor our NYPD heroes and raise critical funds that support their vital work across the city. It was truly a night of inspiration, celebration, and commitment to a safer New York.
