The Giants Flag Football Youth Mentorship Program

The New York City Police Foundation is proud to support initiatives that strengthen relationships between young people, police officers, and the broader community. One shining example of this mission in action is the Giants Flag Football Youth Mentorship Program, a powerful collaboration between the New York Giants, the Foundation, and the NYPD.

This program offers much more than just the thrill of the game. It provides mentorship, mental health and academic support, and meaningful opportunities for local youth across New York City to grow, connect, and thrive.

This summer, the New York Giants hosted both a training camp and a mental health awareness event, giving participants the chance to develop not only their athletic abilities but also their emotional well-being and sense of community. The program’s goal is to create a supportive environment where young people can succeed—on and off the field.

The Foundation is deeply grateful for our strong and ongoing partnership with the Giants. Their dedication to uplifting the next generation aligns perfectly with our mission to foster safer, more connected communities across New York City.
