While attending the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) Nostos 2026 in Athens, New York City Police Foundation President & CEO Susan Birnbaum joined leaders from across the globe. The conference celebrated 30 years of philanthropy and global partnerships that have strengthened communities worldwide—including the New York City Police Foundation, which is proud to be among the organizations supported by SNF’s enduring commitment to public service and community impact. The conference was led by SNF Co-President Andreas Dracopoulos, who was recognized earlier this month as the New York City Police Foundation’s 2026 Gala Honoree. During her visit, Susan also had the opportunity to meet with Lieutenant General Dimitrios Mallios, Chief of the Hellenic Police, at Hellenic Police Headquarters.
