SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION
EMAIL, MAIL & FAX: To submit an application by mail, please download a PDF of the application below and follow the mailing instructions for submission. Your application MUST be postmarked by Friday, July 17, 2020. Applications can also be faxed to: (212) 750-7616 or emailed to info@nycpolicefoundation.org by the deadline date.
The deadline for completing and submitting application and documentation is Friday, July 17th, 2020. IMPORTANT: Your completed application, tax return and essay MUST be submitted by the deadline date. Additional documentation may be submitted separately.
Incomplete applications will not be considered

Eugen Grabscheid Scholarship Fund provides funding for dependent children of uniformed and civilian members of the New York City Police Department who are studying to become a medical doctor, dentist, psychiatrist, psychologist, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, physical therapist or veterinarian. Manfred Pakas Scholarship Fund is for the education of sons and daughters of a New York City uniform personnel member who died in the line of duty. Please read the complete eligibility requirements and application filling instructions BEFORE applying.
Visiting Nurse Service of New York Scholarship Fund is for the education of sons and daughters of New York City uniform personnel who have died in “non-line of duty” incidents. Please read the complete eligibility requirements and application filling instructions BEFORE applying.
